安規(guī)測(cè)試儀注意事項(xiàng) 注意的是直流高壓輸出是負(fù)電壓,而地為正極。測(cè)試電容時(shí),在電容器兩端加上電壓時(shí)有一充電過(guò)程,此時(shí)在測(cè)試電路中有一充電電流,當(dāng)該電流大于所設(shè)定的漏電電流值時(shí),耐壓測(cè)試儀就會(huì)報(bào)警,使測(cè)試中斷,無(wú)法進(jìn)行。因此,安規(guī)測(cè)試儀在測(cè)試時(shí),應(yīng)緩慢增加電壓,充電電流小于所設(shè)定的漏電電流值,直到規(guī)定測(cè)試電壓,進(jìn)行測(cè)試。而不能采用固定電壓,復(fù)位—啟動(dòng)方式進(jìn)行測(cè)試.在交流回路中相當(dāng)于直流回路中的電阻,因此,安規(guī)測(cè)試儀在交流回路中就產(chǎn)生一個(gè)電流,當(dāng)該電流大于所設(shè)定的漏電流值時(shí),耐壓測(cè)試儀就會(huì)報(bào)警,使得測(cè)試中斷,無(wú)法進(jìn)行。因此,在測(cè)試前,應(yīng)先計(jì)算好電容器的容抗(Xc),再算出在測(cè)試電壓下的回路電流值,然后調(diào)節(jié)耐壓測(cè)試儀漏電流預(yù)置值,使其略大于回路電流值,再進(jìn)行測(cè)試。J)測(cè)試電纜等分布電容大的元件(設(shè)備)要等同于電容器測(cè)試。
